1. Educational Purpose & Membership-Based Services

Capstone Credit Hub is not a credit repair organization, does not offer credit repair services, and does not provide legal or financial advice. Our platform is designed solely for educational purposes, equipping members with resources, guidance, and tools to better understand and improve their financial literacy.

Any dispute resolution assistance provided is strictly a complimentary benefit of membership and is not sold as a standalone service. We make no guarantees or promises regarding credit score improvements or specific financial outcomes.

2. Membership Agreement & Required Documentation

Prior to accessing educational and document processing benefits, all members must sign a Membership Client Agreement along with the following disclosures:

  • Credit Service Agreement
  • Authorization for Credit Information Assistance
  • Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
  • Right of Cancellation Notice

These agreements ensure transparency in how our membership-based educational services operate.

3. Member Services Provided

As a Capstone Credit Hub member, you will receive access to educational resources, tools, and guidance, which may include:

A. Credit Education & Document Assistance

    • Assistance in understanding and evaluating your credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies.
    • Guidance in identifying information that you believe is inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect on your reports.
    • Support in preparing correspondence for submitting disputes, should you choose to do so.
    • Educational materials on improving credit literacy, financial management, and responsible borrowing.

B. Consulting, Coaching & Monitoring

    • Financial literacy training through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or other communication channels during normal business hours.
    • Ongoing education and guidance on strategies for responsible credit use, debt management, and financial goal setting.
    • Access to financial tools such as budget planners, credit-building checklists, and financial growth resources.

C. Member-Only Community & Support

    • Exclusive access to peer discussions, expert Q&A sessions, and live educational workshops.
    • General guidance on best practices for financial improvement.

4. Membership Fees & Cancellation Policy

Your access to these educational services is provided exclusively through your paid membership, as outlined in your Membership Client Agreement.

  • No separate fees are charged for dispute resolution assistance—it is provided complimentary as part of the educational membership benefits.
  • You have the right to cancel your membership for any reason within three (3) business days from your initial sign-up date. Written notice of cancellation must be submitted as outlined in your client agreement.

5. Important Disclosures & Compliance

  • Capstone Credit Hub does not provide credit repair services, legal representation, or financial consulting.
  • We do not guarantee credit score improvements, debt approvals, or any specific financial results.
  • We do not provide legal advice. For legal concerns, please consult an attorney.

By using Capstone Credit Hub’s services, you acknowledge that our platform is strictly educational and that any dispute resolution assistance is provided as a complimentary benefit of membership, not a standalone paid service.
